So we have spent the week addressing fear, the causes of fear, how perfectionism can cause fear, but now that we know all these things, what are we going to do with it? I tell you what I am going to do. I am going to “feel the fear and do it anyway!” Will you join me? Acknowledge your fear, accept your fear, and then move forward anyway.
